Payment Policy – London Bale Clothing

At London Bale Clothing, we aim to provide a clear and secure payment process for all our customers.

1. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. No stock will be released or reserved without confirmed payment.

2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (EFT)

• Cash deposits (where applicable)

Our official banking details will be provided on your invoice.

3. Invoice Process

• An invoice will be issued once your order is confirmed

• The invoice will include order details, total amount, and banking information

• Customers are required to use the correct reference when making payment

4. Payment Confirmation
Orders are only processed after payment reflects in our account or proof of payment is verified.

5. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
We do not offer payment on delivery. All payments must be completed before shipping.

6. Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Order Reservation
Stock is not guaranteed until payment is received. Items may be allocated to other customers if payment is delayed.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders may only be cancelled before payment is made

• Once payment is received and processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe

9. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to verify payments and request additional information to prevent fraudulent transactions.
