1. No Returns on Bulk Bales
All our products are sold as bulk bales (e.g., 50kg and above) and are carefully hand-selected. Due to the nature of wholesale and second-hand goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on general dissatisfaction, minor wear, or individual item preferences.

2. Product Condition
Our items are not brand new, but we ensure they are in very good condition. As these are pre-owned goods, slight signs of wear may be present. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong order or your bale arrives significantly damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos and your order details so we can review the issue.

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

• A replacement (subject to availability), or

• A partial refund

4. No Returns for Size or Style Mix
Each bale contains a mix of sizes, colors, and styles. We do not guarantee exact distributions, and returns will not be accepted based on these factors.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless agreed otherwise.
