London Bale Clothing supplies bulk second-hand (pre-owned) clothing and footwear bales. All products are sold as mixed items unless otherwise specified.

2. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed once an invoice has been issued

  • Stock is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order

3. Pricing

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

  • Delivery fees are charged separately unless stated otherwise

4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before dispatch

  • No cash on delivery (COD)

  • Payments must be made using the banking details provided on the invoice

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary

  • We use third-party courier services for deliveries

  • London Bale Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs

6. Product Condition

  • All items are second-hand and sold in mixed condition

  • Variations in quality, size, and style are expected

  • Customers acknowledge that not all items will be in perfect condition

7. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final due to the nature of bulk second-hand goods

  • Returns are only accepted if the incorrect order was delivered

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with proof

8. Limitation of Liability
London Bale Clothing is not liable for:

  • Any loss of profit or business

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Delays or losses caused by third-party couriers

9. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchase
